Description
Regional Sales support for Semiconductor “Backend Assembly” Equipment with Sales experience in Backend “Packaging” Equipment, as may include: Wafer Dicing, Automatic Die Sort Systems, Die Attach, Wire-Bond, Flip Chip, Sintering, Transfer Encapsulation Molding, Trim / Form / Singulation System.
- Degree (Engineering, Business, or Equivalent) is a Plus
- Minimum 5-Years Sales Experience in Backend Assembly
- Require Ability to Travel (both Domestic and International)
- Self-Motivated Individual with Excellent Organizing skills
- Strong Ability in Both Verbal and Written Communication
