Description
Install, service and maintain Semiconductor “Backend Assembly” Equipment utilizing the necessary mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and software knowledge.
Service experience on Backend “Packaging” Equipment, which may include: Wafer Dicing, Automatic Die Sort Systems, Die Attach, Wire-Bond, Flip Chip, Sintering, Transfer Encapsulation Molding, Trim / Form / Singulation Systems.
- Required: Working knowledge of the Korean Language
- Degree (Engineering, Business, or Equivalent) is a Plus
- Minimum 5-Years Service Experience in Backend Assembly
- Required: Ability to Travel (both Domestic and International)
- Self-Motivated Individual with Excellent Organizing Skills
- Strong Ability in Both Verbal and Written Communication
